Babies who ate lot of fruits and vegetables and fewer packaged foods were less seemingly to develop food allergies in a very new study that checked out overall diet patterns rather than of just specific foods.
The study printed in The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, recommended that children should get many fruits and vegetables and avoids junk foods.
