Good Heal Trust, a non-profit organisation, started coaching nurses of the National Heart Foundation Hospital and analysis Institute on weekday with its ‘globally recognised’ modules.
At least twenty five nurses of the National Heart Foundation would receive the annual coaching to enhance their skills, it says.
National faculty member Dr MA leader praised the Trust’s initiative, speech continuous nurses’ coaching was required “to guarantee a high level of patient care in any hospital”.
Tanvir Raquib, executive of the Trust, thanked the management of the analysis Institute for emphasising nurses’ coaching and education.
According to the nice Heal Trust, the training module had been designed by the US-based Institute for Nursing Healthcare Leadership (INHL), associate affiliate of the Harvard Medical School’s syndicate hospitals.
The training programme geared toward making the nurses “globally competitive” with improved patient managing knowledge, and exposure to the latest innovations.
They will be instructed English, laptop handling, and net use to assist them practise evidence-based nursing, the Trust says.
